How an Agent Can Add Value to Developer/Contractor

Greetings to all contractors, developers, flippers, and agents,

I have a lead that I recently spoke with that's had his property listed a handful of times since 2015. It recent;y expired off the MLS again a few weeks ago. Now, he is planning on adding 800 sf to the home, by building a second story.

My specific question is, what kind of action can I take over the next several months, while the construction is taking place, to add value and build a relationship? My goal of course, would be to at the least, secure an interview when the owner is finished with the renovation and ready to list again.

All the best,

Kieran Jackson
