-Homeownership First: Would it be better to first purchase a home of our own, get some experience being homeowners, and then start the process of renting out properties?

I was set to start a job here in TX in acquisitions at a real estate investing company. 

Haven't done any deals yet, but have several things started.

I am just curious for those that have a Schlage Encode lock, have you seen it start going online and offline, especially during very cold weather.The weather at the lakehouse had been in the -15 to -25 range for about a week or so and the lock would go on and offline every hour to 3 hours.

To the right person, I'd be glad to start passing off deals for which I don't have the bandwidth to handle.  

I am going to start listing these on other platforms like Vrbo & booking.com.

Accounting function is extra so I don't know how that looks.If you are just starting, it might worth using it since it already comes with the BP Pro.
