And you hear 10 different strategies for every approach so all of those are spinning through my mind when I look at deals and I don't know which one to actually implement/when ones will actually be helpful and effective.Honestly any insight you can give us on how/where to start would be so appreciated and helpful!

So, I had the time to not only learn but to implement what I was learning and that decision to hire a coach was the best decision I've made to date to accelerate my growth in this niche.  

Still haven't found a good lead management tool but we are currently implementing ProsperWorks CRM that may do some lead management for us.

I got membership on On Carrot.I think it is a good platform as it gives tools and training to get a great website highly ranked.However it does take time to watch all the videos and implement them.

In all my years, I have never seen as many changes being implemented from so many different angles since the balloon popped.Sorry to break the news folks, but how you use to do things in options and installment contract is dead on arrival.
