@Robert KoughThings to consider here:1) Ultimately the lack of up keep on your home is the reason she has to pay more. 2) She probably has no where near enough to cover the bill comfortably.3) If you make her pay the whole bill it will more than likely leave a bad taste in her mouth and she will probably move out when the lease is up.

The third time, the german shepherd went to my dog, who was off on her own digging in the ground, and the GSD ran over to her, flipped her over and had her mouth on my dog's throat.Every single time, the owner acted like it was no big deal, either.  

All the tenants are out in the yard at this point He runs up to his apartment she follows still ranting raving right behind him , he goes out to his balcony 40 feet off the ground to get away from her mouth and she then calls the cops to come .
