Any other factors major things you look out for, as red flags or green flags would be helpful!  

Many agents may be reluctant to partner with such a young and green agent, but you could approach people with a proposal that would help them out, and give you experience, initially not asking for a fee at all, or only in certain situations.

Certainly VERY green to out of state investing.

We knew it had some problems after doing an inspection, but felt like it was a no-brainer given it's 1.1 mile proximity to Davis Sq and the possibility of the Green Line Extension.
