Do a Google search of your name in quotes and you'll find BP posts right on the first page.Even if your present employer does not search on Google for the names of their employees, if you decide to go for a new job, I guarantee they are doing a Google search of your name.Re-wording to say you want to reach a point of being a full-time investor is a much better way of getting your point across without jeopardizing your current job or future jobs.You may want to change your BP name to only include your last initial.

I just spent $4000 to fix an ice damming issue that came up the day after sale on one of our properties -- it wasn't our fault (this is a typical problem in 60 year old houses), but it caused some water damage and sending the message that you stand behind your work will go a long way towards building a strong reputation amongst buyers agents in your community, and will also foster goodwill with your customers.

I just got done renegotiating trash on my 4-plexes out here after WM "forgot" to pick up trash for 2 weeks on one of my properties and then blamed it on an employee that was my account manager being fired in January.
