This has never been formally proposed by any member of congress.- A lot of the other stuff in this email is factually incorrect as well, such as congress getting tenure (they don't), congress participating in Social Security (they pay into SS just like everyone else), congress can purchase their own retirement plan (just like everyone else), etc.

Just too much inventory out there with SS & foreclosures.Our governor just passed a law lowering the foreclosure process to 90 days (we're a judicial state so they typically last 2-3 years to go thru the court system).

You are still on the hook for nonpaying tenants, but it looks more formal to tenants as a separate "utility" company is doing the billing.
