And I get compensated as a Realtor on the buy and coming future sale, as well as, for the lender referral - so its in my best interest all around to funnel great deals to my clients.So I would just respectfully suggest that you not close any doors through which opportunity may someday attempt to walk for fear that the Realtor kept a better deal for themselves if the deal they are seeking to bring you is a good one.
