Honestly i dont know what, I liked landscaping but soon found out i liked that more as a hobby than a occupation.

For instance one of my favorite areas to place is on 6 corners of a very busy intersection that has a Lowes, Target, Old Navy, etc.

I have recently realized i have a big passion for real estate and for the past couple months i have been reading everything i could on real estate, investing, and financial literacy, one of my favorites was "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. i have been trying to save up as much as i can so i can try and get started in RE sooner rather then later.

Karen, my favorite set up is as Paul described but usually 3 members, if more are needed another LLC becomes a member with 3 others.

Favorite author so far is Robert Kyosaki(shocker I know!)

It had my all time favorite vinyl floor in the kitchen.

That's where the cash-on-cash thing comes in, which is my personal favorite perspective.

I have to credit Bigger Pockets with giving me the knowledge and confidence to pursue real estate as more than a hobby.

I'm not interested in getting creative with contracts, just bypassing the brokers and making my own offers (Obviously not on every deal, but when possible) and then establishing a relationship with a closer/attorney to finish my deals.As far as contracts go, I'm curious about any automated systems (along the lines of FSBO support) that any investors might like.I have a favorite closer/attorney from my RE years, just never worked with her this way.

When your in the industry to make money, its' not a hobby.
