Hi Yolanda,A brand new oven off by 40 degrees, maybe take that one back for another one, and test the new one.I'd say that's basically a stove with no oven.As far as the shelf, those little shelf kits are not tough enough for a rental (they fall down).Having a wooden brace screwed or nailed to both the shelf and the wall on each end is much more robust. 

Good properties rarely fall into your lap.

I think with the whole COVID thing and the fact that our start is taking forever to open up that tourism will fall even more and prices for residential REI in Hawaii look glim.

I just commissioned as an officer into Air Force this week and will be at my first assignment in the fall (central Texas).
