After reviewing some of the forums and listening to the Podcasts, I realized that BP is a great platform for me to learn about real estate investing from an active community with so much information such as this one.

You can comb through the information (probably don't have it but you might get a copy of their schedule E for the property) they do provide and find things that differ from the listing.

Overall I like everything about their platform except that I can't see who the investors are in the deal.Fundrise is the only other platform I am dealing with at this point after surveying every other one I could find.
