My numbers are assuming you can insure a triplex for only $700 per year and the property tax is only $1200 per year and I doubt it will be that low.

Yes they will see a short term lift from pulling these levers but if they look closely at volume and mix I have no doubt they will lose share and host loyalty in the long term.I use both apps regularly.

I doubt they apply.I have a new place coming online today so I have to start the showing process and answering all the dumb questions.This looks brand new and I have the rent set high to hopefully weed out the people who don't qualify in the first place.
