In my lease I have the adults identified as the lessee and then list every person/animal as an occupant: EG: child Mary, 8 years old, child Sam, 2 years old, dog Peter lab, 4 years old.

Or maybe it goes and picks up groceries, dry cleaning, takes the dog to grooming, go to maintenance, picks up kids from school and takes them to soccer.I wonder what we do with all the garages at homes...that have 2-3 car garages?
