In my lease I have the adults identified as the lessee and then list every person/animal as an occupant:  EG:  child Mary, 8 years old, child Sam, 2 years old, dog Peter lab, 4 years old. 

Or maybe it goes and picks up groceries, dry cleaning, takes the dog to grooming, go to maintenance, picks up kids from school and takes them to soccer.I wonder what we do with all the garages at homes...that have 2-3 car garages?

Interview the top dog at each brokerage and your all set.

Tenants can actually make it very difficult to access a home, for anyone NOT accompanied by the police, by:1) Leaving a minor alone in the home2) Leaving a vicious dog in the home3) Physically threatening visitorsCheck your local laws to see if you can get police assistance.

They have 2 pet dogs.

Finding deals to wholesale or bird dog would be a great idea.
