Thank you guys for the feedback,At this point I have 15k of my own money without safe fund (will be saving for a half year of bills)I found a few homes in Paterson and Newark New Jersey area is not that great but close to Nyc so rents are still pretty highOne was a 3 family for 100k but needs work I would say over 40k.The other is 140k 3 family as well needs very little work from what I can see.I don't plan to live in them since I still live with my parents so I only pay 300 in rent and I make about 40k a year I do have students loans loans of 13k that I could finish paying within 4-5 months Please let me know any more feedback

Is our market suited for an Air BnB or can it be supported or would LTR be more safe?

Plus they were REALLY knowledgeable about all the options, helped me decide what/how and then it was shipped easy and safe.

If you can get the police to go talk to him with you, that would be good (at least you'll be safe).

Most churches have computers in their offices, sophisticated printers, musical and audio equipment, possibly nursery toys, etc. that they like to have in a safe place during the week, and won't want to share space unless it's with someone they choose.

@Steven Hamilton II is it safe to say that it makes little sense to try and save on SE taxes in your flipping/wholesaling business by electing your LLC to be taxed as an S-Corp if you already make a 70K+ w2 income? 

I am not saying that this will be that case for me but I would like to have a few tools to safe guard. 

I know it is safe and legal when not disturbed but would just the word "asbestos" drop the value of the home when I sell it 3 years from now?

Price depends on the finishes and amenities you wish to provide, but 120 is a safe estimate.
