As I said, in my first post, I'm leaning away from the idea of wholesaling but still haven"t completely made my decision. 

(Long Story Alert) Some back story...This summer, I made the decision to NOT return to UCA and study medicine, but instead go to the college in my grandparents town (it is cheaper) and take classes in Finance (Real Estate) and Entrepreneurship.

Smart business decisions aren't always the absolute right ones.  

Everyone has different strategies and goals though so just make sure that you are comfortable in whatever investment decisions you make.Good Luck!
