Hey Zachary, it's definitely a lot harder to find cash flow than it was previously.The days of plucking stuff off the MLS are dead... at least for now.I invest in Detroit and you can still find deals there on the MLS if you know what you're doing.

I've worked on dozens of houses that were built between 1900 and 1950 with asbestos and mold ad dead rats and spiders and snakes and dirt and a lot of unidentifiable "stuff". 1st, asbestos is not a problem.

@Matthew Paul Yes, it never helps to go up against the 'man'.Even when the City, Inspector, Planning/Zoning are dead wrong, it is still better to try to get along....or at least until you can get over their heads to their bosses.I had an Building Inspector once who would not pass me on anything, due to a previous dispute and words exchanged.

Unless there is something unusual like it is a big estate that will take years or forever to probate, likely the home needs to be sold and the loans closed out.I think your POA is dead, no matter what it says.
