Dan Barman what towns/cities in the lower Hudson valley orange/ulster/Sullivan county's do you guys think are heading in the good direction ?

Just an initial closing and perhaps a few additional closes and that's it....and that's fine by me.Regarding the loss of control, again, I consider that a crucial positive attribute that I would not have any other way.

From Orange County, nearly everything in the Midwest and most parts of the South will look "cheap" to your eyes but the vast majority of these "cheap" properties make terrible investments. 

An open house is a crucial opportunity to showcase a property to potential buyers and generate interest.
