I have an opportunity to rent out a 4 bedroom house fully furnished with utilities included in Orange County, CA.  Does anyone else rent out a medium term rental with 4 bedrooms?  I want to make sure that there is a market demand for it before I furnish a 4 bedroom house. Thank you!
