Would it be a good idea to create and LLC with my parents to have all the property under one LLC.

It was first created in 1996 in Delaware. 22 years ago.

As a noob it's all about building your team and creating relationships. 

There are no laws on the books that I am aware of that would allow them to shut us down right now, but I am aware they can certainly create them as they have with other cities. 

Create a criteria for yourself.Also, are you looking at a 30 year mortgage with a 25% down payment?

I have prepared scopes of work for our subcontracts, and being the detail-oriented person I am, I have prepared a detailed outline of this project with materials requirements were applicable, and I have created a package of design drawings for the kitchen renovation.

I have plenty of experience in new construction as a painting contractor and assistant project manager for a custom builder here in Bend.

Not sure where you are located but your probably looking at least a couple hundred bucks to have this custom made for you.

In the new house I had to do a Full gut and refinish in the basement, refinish and lay matching new hardwood throughout the entire house, as well a a full custom kitchen, and updated the bathroom as well.
