I would be careful using it as a weekly rental unless it's someone you trust because you could be stuck having to take someone to court and not being able to collect rent for a couple months depending on what the laws are there.

Like previouly stated find out when she plans on having the money but it's all up to you when you start moving forward with legal action.Because my city takes a few weeks to schedule a court date I always file that ASAP just to get the ball rolling.
