With the recent influx of new housing going up, i am not sure which way to lean.  

I have a solid team in my area so out of convenience I have stayed with smaller properties.  

After doing further research I am leaning more towards rentals, house hacking in particular.  

Without it you are guaranteed to never make it happen. 4)Don’t take it too seriously – it’s a lot to lean and that is why people never really get in to it.Good luck!

Very convenient location.I've asked a realtor for a CMA but he says duplexes like that are so rare that it's hard to get an accurate CMA.

Additionally,tenants love the convenience and they pay the entire costs of them for me.  

I am leaning towards buying real estate tax certificates and deeds.  

We can lean together. 

My lease is up end of February as well so I'm trying to get as much knowledge in, to make a wiser decision.I apologize in advance if any of what I said was an incredibly dumb idea or if the decisions I'm leaning towards currently is the last thing everyone here would do.
