I am sure having a family is crazy busy at times, but when I was busy, I found that using my commute (30-120 min) and side time or down time at work was the best time to absorb REI education.

I've learned far more from mistakes I made then the things I did right. and I think people starting off should know the mistakes are a great educator, so don't fear them...

I'd like to get involved in the real estate investing industry and have been reading, listening to podcasts, and educating myself.Right now I am trying to find a full time job in a position that will give me some experience I can use to help kick start my own real estate investments (interested in rehabbing).
