Hi, I just recently joined this forum and obviously looking to get all the knowledge, advice, criticism, mentoring, coaching.. etc.

If it's a higher end property and you really want to go the MTR route, I'd look into Rachel Gainsburgh's coaching on the insurance placement strategy - those placements are typically looking for higher end properties and pay significantly more.

Eddie's comment is the only negative one on the internet about me and my note buying mentoring and coaching program.

I appreciated the education I received at Lifestyles and the coaching by the mentors.

Didn't ask a bunch of questions just did what the coach told me to do.

I am on pace to triple my 2014 income, so all is good.The dilemma is that I am being bombarded with advice from gurus and a coach to expand my options into wholesaling, option contracts, lease contracts, rent to own, hard money placement, etc.  

A new buyer who needs a lot of coaching and handholding to buy that first $30K house to turn into a rental requires as much time and effort as (if not more than) an experienced and well-funded buyer who is looking for a house to rehab/resell. 

This lead me to joining a real estate coaching program, before the critique mind you i said i wished i found bp first haha.
