While $100,000 in commission in my first year is a lofty goal, it is certainly the one that I am chasing for my first year

only state that I heard you would need a license if you took title is Wisconsin. in Oregon you need a developers license if you buy and resell to the public as a business.. if you do absolulty no work to the property there is a case that you may not need the develpers license.. but they are manic chasing people down on this one I have been fined twice for 6k LOL 

Go through the process again and see if there's anything better out there that meets your needs.Try to avoid chasing the shiny object.

@Ryan Succetti Hey Ryan, there's certainly a lot more funds/people in San Diego chasing deals than the number of deals that exist.

I work in Kenosha for Chase Bank as well and it the downtown area in the Summer time seems to be jammin!

(S Chase Ave) I checked the taxes on all the others on that block and they were all paying like $1,200 - $1,500 a year.

No system is perfect, so don't waste your time chasing after the next shiny object.

It’s easy to chase the hot thing, but If you have something good going, focus on that and do it really well.
