Friends hang around while you whip up dinner in the big kitchen?

I think at nineteen, my goal was working hard at my job to make money to buy gas with,  soup up my car, hang out with friends and chase girls......on a daily basis.  

Looks like some good info from @Kevin Sobilo.You will learn that as a new agent you do have to hang your license with a managing or employing broker.
