In 2018 I wrote an article about how I used VA loans to build my portfolio. 

For those of you who are building new construction homes in the midwest (say 200k-600k sale price) what are your costs to build per sqft?

number of tax parcels, number of physical buildings?

I'm looking to find a builder to potentially build a duplex on the parcel as a rental investment.

He currently manages around 20 buildings here in NYC.

I am familiar with Dublin and Grove City, but would love to learn of other area. best way to invest in multifamily is to build it in columbus urban core where new construction trades at 30% higher than existing multifamily and build it at a discount. 

Specifically with BRRRRs and building up a solid portfolio of hidden gems.
