Duplex builder in Bullhead City, AZ

I've recently inherited a parcel of land in Bullhead City, AZ. I'm looking to find a builder to potentially build a duplex on the parcel as a rental investment. Not sure where to start with my search and a good process to follow to make sure I am diligent and successful with the investment. Any thoughts or advice greatly appreciated.
