I don't feel that I ~need~ a degree for this career choice but would love to receive the education from college.

While I am aware that there are multiple avenues and practice areas within real estate law, I was wondering if this career path may also be beneficial in supporting my future real estate investing endeavors.Also, if there are any real estate attorneys reading this, I would greatly appreciate any thoughts/inputs on the profession and if you would recommend a similar career path to others.Thank you all for your help!

I think it is OK to use a HELOC, it just wouldn't be my first choice.

It was not ideal to move so soon, and I was 6 months pregnant at the time too, however it has been a great choice.

Are there internships that could be beneficial?

Often they are poor investment choices in the long run.

My wonderful wife and I bought our house for 181k two years ago, since we have made some terrible financial choices that leave us blocked from conventional loans (large CC debt, being fixed but two years till in the green).

A break-even project is still beneficial to both parties involved.
