They did show the markets realizing the greatest returns on flips and it included mostly east coast markets including New Haven, CT.I just realized they may have posted an article on their site.

Can any one recommend any sites or articles which can provide some depth into rental insurance.

I've read an article that mentioned that when we do lease option, we can make money from the "option money" from when they move-in to the house.
