When we bought the property, the area was “desirable” bc its close to a city/metropolis...jobs, city life etc.

So I’m looking for a my first deal in roughly the next year, I’m located near Seattle but am curious if anyone in this area knows good neighborhoods or city’s that are looking more promising then others, I intend on starting with a duplex up to a 4plex, live in one an rent the other units out as my first deal.

MultiFamilyU recently ranked Vegas as one of its top cities for growth in the coming years.Be interested to hear from anyone with experience operating in these markets, as well as maybe some secondary markets such as Laughlin. 

Number of units and/or the zoning for the property based off the city zoning regs.

The Brew City Real Estate Investors group is also a good resource I have been increasingly involved with if you’re looking for a meetup group.

I have these buildings in differing cities, all within 30 min drive of my house.

Looking to drive by some neighborhoods to get the feel of them.Would love to know which areas are the A,B,C,D markets in the cities of Fort Collins, Denver, Colorado Springs. 

Any particular city inspector problems for these things?
