I think the whole reason these places exist is, landlords can be intimidated by just the word "discrimination".The idea that they even have a doctor take part in these is extremely questionable.First, it'd be way more expensive (actual telemedicine services are the same price as an office visit), and second, there would be malpractice concerns.

If the sheriff is already scheduled to show up there, it might be better to let them do their visit instead of canceling.

I'd highly recommend visiting the Mises Institute and their vast library on their website. 

There is a lot of competition but it also is the most visited destination in the us with 80 million travelers and only getting better with the enchantments to Disney. 3rd universal park and speculation of a 5th Disney park at some point.

Talk to people or visit the local bar or coffee shop:I know this sounds cliche, but invest your time before you make a decision and invest your money.

Personally, I want to visit Proxima Centauri-B and come back in my lifetime.
