Otherwise they are running the risk of getting fined by the city and/or people taking it lightly and starting to keep junk or non-working items on their premises and eventually turning the park into a car junk yard.With that said, i don't think any reasonable manager  would refuse a request to postpone this by a couple of weeks (if that's what we are talking about).

My husband and I work fulltime but we have bought 4 properties in Baltimore City over the past year that we are now renting out. 

We are researching home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, and the possibility of refinancing our current mortgage to free up the cash needed to make those improvements and make the down payment on the multi-family unit. 

Currently, we are moving forward with the refi with my current lender.

We are aiming to learning how to think about home improvements and updating, not as a homeowner, but as an investor looking to rent this home and soon hire a Property Manager. 

Been studying real estate investing and hope to move forward once we are established in panhandle.
