Does anyone have any experience renting pieces of a land/yard to other boat owners?

The line running to the home is literally disconnect and hangin in a tree in the front yard.

Websites for leads include Airbnb (can set 30 day minimum, don’t allow instant book if starting further than 14 days into the future), Zumper, Zillow rental manager (trulia hotpads), cozy.co, Facebook marketplace, Facebook local groups / school groups, any community/church classified roommate websites, craigslist, Nextdoor, sign in the yard or on a nearby busy Cross street like Room for Rent $700.

Also, if you have landscaped areas that change the layout of the yard, you have to spend a little more time mowing around them and weed-whacking the edge. 

I'd value any input.We had a house where we were ALMOST ready to start painting, and I hadn't quite made the call to get an insurance policy going yet, and it had a major fire that doesn't look salvageable (total loss). 

Even with the abundance of apartments in the area, people still like having access to the private yard and other perks of a house.

Not a whole bunch, but paint, yard work, flooring or that kinda of stuff.
