I'm sure the BP fileplace has the right paperwork I can print out, but I'd definitely like to also at least have a good idea of who I can go to if I have questions about the papers down the line.As for title company recommendations, I've seen Wagonwheel being mentioned before, but I'm interested in learning of any others fellow Nashville investors have worked with, whether it was an awful experience or an amazing one.Thanks for any help guysRobert
