I gave my previous agent 12 (between buys and rentals) in the last year, he will get none.one point that he made was "I pay big money to be on top of zillow, etc, etc and have the exposure that i have, so my fees reflect my performance". i said "I honestly dont have a problem how much YOU charge. however, because YOU are clearly aware that YOU charge more than the rest, YOU should be the one that RIGHT UP FRONT state "Hey, i am the best but my fee is 6%. are you ok with that?".

The tenant had taped over the unit to prevent mold exposure to herself and baby, and expressed her concern to the handyman to please use extreme caution when removing the unit, she even gave him garbage bags to bag it, because didn't want mold in the air.
