I will need to use my money to make Mortgage, Insurance and Tax payments on it until I can get it with a Vacation Rental company (I use Vacasa)  I have a good job making over 6 digits that I plan to keep working at for another 5 years unless I sell this house and do really well which is highly possible from my experience unless the market tanks similar to 2008.

With all this in mind, you can feel pretty decent about this property returning somewhere between high single digit to low teens barring anything extraordinary (market downturn, unforeseen capex, difficult eviction, etc).

@Mark Miles I use Apple Pages for the printed guestbook I put into sheet protectors and combine with local maps/guides, then the free platform-based guidebooks on AirBnB/HomeAway/others for the digital versions. 

But what we came to find is that we attracted so many different types of travels (digital nomads, people relocating to and or from the city, summer interns, etc.).

I do this with every applicant if I didn't receive a digital copy ahead of time. 

We tried to sell the loan a year ago but found out that there were two minor title issues: legal description was wrong in the original note & several assignments referenced the wrong instrument number (off by one digit).We shouldn't have missed those but neither should the 5 big banks that had the loan before us.

They have the appraisers on a digital list, they pick one nearby.
