So I have some projects in Philly, but am always looking to explore and network.What areas do you feel are good investments for new construction?

Many are house specific, some are proprietary information and none of your business, some are just stupid aka “do u upcharge construction?”...

We are thinking a family or three young professionals would be the best tenants as the townhouse was a new construction when we bought it three years ago so it’s in pretty good nick. 

It's an older 1960's (In Arizona thats an older home) home and I am thinking since I will be stripping it to the bones I would like to replace the plumbing.

I’ve studied continuously and am constantly striving to learn more, I don’t have much to bring to the table at this moment but I would greatly enjoy someone more experienced in this world hearing me out and giving me some constructive criticism on the subject.

In return, I wouldn’t mind lending a hand in rehab estimates, inspections, or any construction insight you may be searching for.

Does anyone have any architects they would recommend in Philadelphia for new construction multi family projects?

Hi Diane,I’m friends with Jesse Bell who owns Dream Builders Construction in Nashville.

Supposedly lots of subdividable 6.5 Acre w/private dock for 30K...and with a "log home package" for 70K (package includes materials, no construction)...and some other options as well.This is not the first time I see one of these offers.
