How does your company generate the income that pays your salary?

Fellow Agents, or whoever feels like responding LOL,I came up with an idea to generate some buyer leads for this upcoming year and wanted your opinion or critique on it:Our local MLS system allows you to find listings based on time, amount, terms, etc.

I would like lists that are generated from credit reporting agencies not from Lis Pendens because eveyone has acces to the Lis Pendens lists.

Unfortunately, now that you're the owner, all the fees and fines generated come to you.

What are the ARVs of the deals that you believe will generate $30-40K in profit?

The market is still a great one for investors who are looking to purchase for low costs and generate decent returns.

Any method of generating revenue via "I told ya so" or "We warned ya" laws is always high on the list.

There are plenty of stock investors who will advocate buying stocks that generate large dividends for shareholders.

The bad relationship with the landlord/family member, urgency to move in, and bickering amongst the multi-generational family were all red flags.

Great to see more of my generation getting into this avenue of investing.
