Now obviously foreclosure is still a possibility when necessary, so they CAN get your note out if they really want, but he said it is really difficult and to do it for a due on sale clause would probably be even harder today with so many huge players buying up these new securities by the billions.He said the due on sale clause was written at a time where banks that gave you loans often kept them and serviced them in house.

There are quite a few websites and You Tube channels dedicated to self storage if you search for themI did some investigating a few years ago, but didn't follow through as the issue in my area is most of them are 2+ million dollar properties and the big players are buying up all the mom and pop smaller places, so its very hard to compete.
