Bergen County NJ REI Groups

Hi All,

This is my first post, super excited about my new adventure. I just read the new How to invest in Real Estate and am ready to hit the ground running. 

I’m looking to set my target on flips and rentals. 

Anyone in the northern NJ market that belongs to any groups or can recommend a group? I have checked out meetup.com and there are a handful many of which seem like a marketing pitch from the outside view.

Any advice to help me navigate the northern NJ market and groups would be much appreciated.

Expect to collect a bunch of business cards and meet all of the players in the real estate market, from Realtors to interior designers.
