@Matt Moylan I would like to add that the only appliances the tenant is using is the stove and dehumidifier (washer & dryer are in the basement not used, just set on a side in a little room).

The purchase and rehab or stabilization, obviously.Then W/S/G on the multi-families, appliances (especially w/d provided places) and hot water tanks.
