House Hacking Taxes Cheat Sheet

I am about to start house hacking a 3 bedroom, 2 bath SFH in the Kansas City, MO area.

Has anyone who has a lot of experience with house hacking created a sheet or cheat sheet that shows what is allowed as far as deductions, write offs, depreciation, appreciation, repairs, remodels, appliances, and the list goes on for house hacking scenarios. I read an article from a while back titled "Tax Implications You Must Know Before House Hacking." Just curious if anyone has created a easy to read tax sheet or any sort of graph or chart that makes it easy to track all the various tax advantages of REI.

Let me know!
