I think all the agents at eXp doing things wrong as far as recruiting is concerned should be horse whipped or removed from eXp as they produce a negative image to eXp that is entirely false.As a moderator here as well, I will warn any and all eXp agents, you are NOT allowed to solicit or promote eXp inside the BP forums unless a you make a post in the marketplace forum.

The IMAGE of being successful is more important than actually being successful to these bros.  

If your friends all tell you don't do it... maybe it is not your friends that are the problem.. but they from what you have shown them of you... your image in their eyes is not of someone  competent to succeed.

As much as I’m being pulled to step up, the image of Jerry Springer keeps popping into mind and I’d rather be in the stands with some popcorn.

I use excel for a lot of things, but to image having to look at a list of 200 and try to manually sift through it to find the correct criteria for a property would have me pulling out the little hair I have left.
