Have anyone received an email or letter from ramp stating it’s an approval letter my application has been paid 2 weeks and utilities paid but my landlord haven’t  updated my account on my web portal as of yet my rent was due November 5th I’m trying to see do I need to paid them out of pocket or has ramp already paid them because that will be double pay I don’t won’t late fees or court orders

I would suggest to go visit Landlord tenant board site (https://tribunalsontario.ca/lt...) and also there is a group on Facebook called "Ottawa Small Landlord Association" where you can get recent or upcoming updates.

We updated the heating system and collected $1800 per month in rent with no mortgage going on 8 months now so we cashflowed about $1200 per month.

Finding a place that is slightly dated or needs a bit of work (not talking about blowing out walls) often means the purchase price is lower and you can update it yourself adding equity. 

I didn't see the e-mail about the update.  

Removed renter and did cosmetic updates mainly the small granite counter for a few hundred $ What was the outcome?
