My county population is only 19,000.So, i have been finding other ways to build my buyer list for my county and working with my friend, he does his own rehabbing in Hardin county, ky - E-town.

They both have been evacuated by order of the town of Waynesville.  

Hi all,I'm going to drop some direct mailers around town to get the acquisition pipeline flowing, and would like some pointers from our local family of real estate investors. 

Drive around your town and find vacant house, apt. etc.

East of the 14 is generally the safer and nicer side of town.  

Of when I get back to town, perhaps we can hash out some strategies and JV on some deals as well.

Last month I had to fight to get rent from one of my apartments and when I finally did I found out one of the people on the lease moved to a different town.

There are several realtors around town who do a bunch of the REOs.

Also looking for opportunities to place capital on Class A rehab apartment/condo projects in Lincoln Park, Old Town, West Loop or Lakeview.Thank you,
