Tax Foreclosures Sales in NC (Haywood County) Waynesville
I am currently doing research on three properties up for sale by Haywood County. I would lke any advice from those who have experience with these types of sales. I am a broker here in NC and estimate the two properties to sell for $100,000 ea. (total $200,000). They both have been evacuated by order of the town of Waynesville. If I do my math correctly, $40,000 is the maximum amount I would feel comfortable at for myself and any investor. Please help!
