People are tired of being quarantined and Florida is a state that welcomes large groups to vacation together.

You can filter to multifamily and then add another filter like tired landlords to find properties that have been owned for 10+ years.

Yes it’s tiring, yes it’s hard on fridays, yes it’s even harder on Saturday and Sunday I push it off to 5 am on days I’m not working.

When we decide we are tired of having a tenant down there and want the extra space back in the house, we’ll simply stop and use it as a guest bedroom space/AirBnB (we did a bit of this before the change to month to month and it also works well, just more work).
