If she has a job she will ultimatly pay to clear her record and be able to rent in the future.I can't recommend a lawyer but would advise that you study your landlord tenant regulations and file for eviction immediately.

@Ryan Huddleston, if that LLC is a disregarded entity (it doesn't file a tax return and you are the only member) then you're really the tax payer anyway so moving it back and forth should be no problem.

@Eric PetajaIf you have a foreign account valued at more than $10,000 USD - you would be required to report this information to the IRS/Treasury.If you create an entity in the Philippines - you may be required to report this information to the IRS.You may also be required to file a tax return with the Philippines.

Hello,I was trying to see if anyone had a standard contract of sale agreement they can share with me to do a sale by owner that did not involve any agents.This is for sale in maryland.Once i have it,i am planning to give that to the title company directly.If anyone can provide me with one or give pointers that would be a great help.Thank you !!
