I'm new on Bigger Pockets but have some experience investing in notes for hard money loans (non equity), relatively extensive remodeling single family residences including my own and managing multi family properties for my family in Southern California. 

I'm from southern CA and have a good PM that is managing another multi-family.

I'm a realtor in the Inland Empire of Southern California (my brokerage services all over SoCal) and I have "house hacked" my first small multi family property.
