New to bigger pockets

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum and am hoping to make some connections in the Southern Florida region. I’m interested purchasing a multi-family home in the next year, I would live in the property to house hack. I am looking to use my VA loan to keep my savings strong as I will be going into this process with very little saved. My goal is to get my real estate license in the next month so I will have access to the MLS listings and can learn the ins and outs of the industry by working as an agent for a local company. Has anyone on here had any experience in this process in my area? I’d love to hear any suggestions as I am just starting my adventure into real estate. Thank you
